Technician ("Jeff") had a time slot open up unexpectedly, and much earlier than previously scheduled. He called ahead of time to see if I was available, and said he was on the way after confirming the address. Removal of the old windshield went smoothly, and the attention to detail in the prep work was very impressive. Final product and cleaup were perfect. I've already recommended him to two friends with high-end vehicles in need of windshield service. 5 STARS! read less

The customer service rep guided me through the entire process. It was extremely quick and easy. They came in less than 24 hours. The tech told me it would take 30 minutes to install the windshield then handed me my key in about 15 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised. 100% recommend!! read less

Same day came the day after I called and fixed it at my home in about an hour. The man was polite and did a great job! I was so thankful he drove out to help just a few days after ian! read less

I tried to get my windshield replaced with a competitor company (national brand) and while the scheduling was easy, they cancelled on my twice. My time is valuable too, so I checked out reviews for Same Day Windshield. I am embarrassed that I didn't make Same Day Windshield my first and only call. They are highly reputable and have great ratings all over the internet. I was able to schedule my windshield replacement and get it installed with 24 hours. It was so easy! They called my insurance company with me on the line to verify coverage and then my appointment was set. The installers arrived on time and were quick and professional. Don't waste your time with other companies, Same Day Windshield is setting the bar for customer service and windshield replacements. read less

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris was super professional and helpful. The windshield was replaced the next day and the final results were excellent!!!! He arrived at the beginning of the service window and finished in a very short time. You could tell that he had been doing replacement windshields for a long time.
