As a new driver with a newer vehicle, when I was driving down the road and ended up with a crack in my windshield due to a small rock, I was rightfully upset and confused about the whole getting a replacement process. It was something I obviously needed to do and when I called Same Day Windshields for a quote, Heath, was extremely helpful with cutting walking me through the process without making me feel like an idiot. He talked me through it, I completed the necessary steps for my insurance company and the next day someone (I cannot remember his name) from Same Day Windshields was at my job replacing my windshield. All in all I cannot say enough great things about this company. I hope to never have to use them again but if the situation does arise, they will be my first call. Very thankful to the team and greatly recommend them out to anyone who is confused or just wants to go through the process as seamlessly as possible.
