Windshield Replacement

The phone staff was so helpful with the process and made it very simple. Service was fast and effective, Alex the tech who installed the windshield was a pleasure to speak with and did a great job.

Zena was amazing navigating my insurance and telling them to check Florida’s statutes about windshield. Done Right glass came out and did an awesome job. I was told by my tint company that he was thrilled I didn’t go with the company whose ads you always see as they don’t do a good job. I am so happy I went with Same Day! I got a next day appointment and my request for them to get to my house as early as possible during the window of time I was given, was honored. I received a call from the service msn prior to his arrival to let me know, he was on his way and the ETA. He was efficient with completing the job and explained clearly what I should do after. He was very professional and had a great attitude.

The best experience ever!! The competitor was wanting me to pay my insurance deductible, even though the state of FL says you pay nothing for windshield replacement!! Rip off! This company stuck with me and confirmed I pay 0 and they came 2 days later to replace the windshield at my location!!! The tech was very experienced, he was a real professional and got the job done in less than 2 hours. He was even able to re-calibrate my cars inner camera and other automatic functions related to the windshield. I highly recommend this company!!
