There was a bit of an issue with the one windshield they initially received. They quickly called me and rescheduled. The installation specialist called and told me he was on his way. And the finished product looks great. I'm super happy with this. And will definatly use them in the future if needed.

Fixed same day, done by a nice guy in less than an hour .. and yes they mail you a 100$ check, though it may take up to a month to get it. Gives independent contractors some business instead of the Safelite MegaMonopoly, and they do just as good of a job and just as fast.

Although they could not come on the same day, they did come the next day and without any issues, they took care of verifying insurance and everything! After going on my third day of failed attempts with Safelite, I am so happy I found Same Day Windshield and I'm very pleased with the customer service and repairs! They were able to get the job done 7 days sooner than safelite. By the time I saw the truck outside and I went to check, he was just about done. It was stated to be 2-6 arrival time, but he was finished around 4:45. 5 stars.
